It all depends on your quantity of active shoppers. Active shoppers are what Uptok calls our high intent shoppers. We have found that ideally you would have 1 salesperson for every 6 active shoppers on the website. For higher ticket items, we recommend having 1 salesperson for 3-4 active shoppers.
